How long until I receive my order?

Can you create a portrait of any pet?
Absolutely! Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits—even exotic pets like reptiles or farm animals. Our artists specialize in capturing any creature’s charm. Just upload your favorite photo and choose your style.
What type of photo should I upload?
For best results, please upload a clear, well-lit image that shows your pet’s face and markings. If we spot any issues (blur, low light), our support team will reach out with tips or ask for a different photo. See our Photo Guide for examples.
Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?
Yes! You can feature up to three pets in a single design. If you’d like more, simply contact us—we’ve created portraits for large pet families and will happily tailor a solution for you.
How many revisions do I get?
We offer four free revisions during the preview stage. Once you approve the design and it goes into production, however, changes are no longer possible—so make sure you’re 100% happy before giving the green light!
Can I order as a gift for someone else?
Definitely. Pet portraits make unforgettable gifts. During checkout, enter the recipient’s email and message, and we’ll send the preview and final download link directly to them. You can also add gift-wrapping notes for printed items.
