1. Digital Products

• Includes pet portraits and customized artwork delivered digitally
• Delivered via email in JPG/PNG or high-resolution formats
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after we receive your pet photo and customization details
• Rush delivery available at checkout for an additional fee

2. Physical Products

We also offer professionally printed versions of your custom pet portraits, such as:

• Framed and canvas prints
• Print-on-demand gifts (e.g. mugs, pillows, shirts)
• Printed through our global POD (Print-On-Demand) partners

🚀 Shipping Timeframes (Physical Products)

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days after artwork is approved
• Estimated Delivery Times:
• UK: 2–4 business days
• US, Australia, New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Other Regions: Up to 15 business days

Note: Shipping estimates exclude holidays and unforeseen courier delays.

🌍 Shipping Providers

We use reputable global shipping services and fulfillment centers to ensure safe and fast delivery. Tracking numbers are sent via email as soon as your item ships.

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear images (if applicable)
• We’ll resend or refund based on the situation

🧾 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
