Please note: All products are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of non-delivery or confirmed technical error. We reserve the right to decline orders deemed offensive or inappropriate.

All artwork, website content, and branding belong to DEPTH ELEMENT LTD or our partners.

By submitting an image, you confirm:

• You own or have the right to use the image
• You grant us permission to edit and use it for your order

4. 📩 Digital Delivery

All artwork is delivered via email and download link. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive it within the promised time.
